The focus is on precise alignment of postures and conscious breathing to promote body awareness, mindfulness, flexibility, strength and inner peace.

Yoga For Men

In this class, men can be among themselves and practise simple but effective Hatha yoga poses without any pressure to perform. Athletic ability and flexibility are not a prerequisite. Through yoga practice, we can improve body awareness, balance and flexibility, while awareness of deep, calm breathing is strengthened. The class helps you to reduce stress, establish a healthy posture and experience everyday life in a more balanced and conscious way.
